Proposal Software with AI

Describe the client and the deal, or paste the brief. In about a minute you get a complete proposal with scope, timeline, pricing and terms.

Paste a brief or RFP instead

Your documents stay yours. We never train AI models on your proposals.

Every document that wins or renews a deal

Start from a brief, a call summary or a pasted RFP. The AI writes the whole document in your company style.

From brief to signature

Four steps, one sitting, one link to the client.

  1. 1. Paste the brief

Type what you sell and who the client is, or paste the brief, meeting notes or a full RFP as text, PDF or DOCX.

  2. 2. The AI drafts in your style

The AI reads the brief and picks the right blocks from your content library. It writes every section in your voice, with your logo, colors and fonts.

  3. 3. Edit and approve

Move sections in the block editor, rewrite any part with AI, leave comments, and send discounts above your threshold for approval.

  4. 4. Send, track and sign

Send a tracked link or a PDF. See when the client opens it, which sections they read, and when every signer signs.

Proposals out the same day

The first draft takes about a minute, not an afternoon of copying an old document. Your team works on the deal instead of formatting. The proposal reaches the client while the conversation is still warm.

Every quote uses the current price

Line items come from one shared price catalog. Nobody sends last year's rate or rebuilds the pricing table by hand. Optional add-ons, quantities and taxes add up the same way every time.

See what the client reads

Get a notification the moment the proposal is opened. See the time spent on each section and know when it is forwarded to someone new. Follow up on pricing questions before the client asks.

How much time AI drafts give back

Enter your own numbers. The estimate updates as you type.

Hours saved per month32
Cost saved per month$2,720

The estimate assumes about 20 minutes per proposal with an AI draft, including your review and edits.

Control over every proposal your team sends

Faster turnaround matters only if what goes out is right. These controls keep it right.

  • Approvals. Discounts above your threshold wait for a manager before the proposal can be sent.
  • Shared price catalog. Products, services and rates live in one place, so every quote uses the current price.
  • Analytics. See every proposal sent, opened and signed across the team, and which sections clients read.
  • SSO and roles. Single sign-on with SAML and custom roles on Enterprise decide who can edit, approve and send.
  • Annual invoice. Pay once a year by card or by invoice with a purchase order on Enterprise.

How ProposalCreation compares with the usual ways

FAQ

Is the AI draft really usable?
Yes. The AI writes a complete proposal from your brief: cover, executive summary, scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing table, terms and next steps. You review it, adjust prices where needed and rewrite any section with AI in one click.
Does it follow our style?
Upload your logo, brand colors, fonts, voice notes and two or three past proposals once. Every draft follows them, and the AI reuses your own content library blocks, such as your about us text, team bios and legal terms.
Is the e-signature legally binding?
Yes. ProposalCreation collects legally binding electronic signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, with multiple signers, signing order and an audit trail certificate attached to every signed document.
Can we import an RFP?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise. Upload the RFP as PDF, DOCX or text, and the AI extracts the questions, drafts answers from your content library and lets you assign questions to teammates. Business handles up to 60 pages per RFP, Enterprise up to 200.
Which CRMs do you connect to?
HubSpot and Pipedrive from Growth, Salesforce from Business, and Zapier and webhooks on every plan. Create a proposal from a deal and the status syncs back when the client opens or signs.
Do you train AI models on our data?
No. Your documents stay yours. We do not train AI models on your proposals, briefs or RFPs, and pasted text is treated as data only.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your proposals before it ends.
Can we try it before paying?
Every plan is paid, and the demo on this page is the free try. Fill in the form above and get a real proposal preview written for your client, with no card required.
What counts as a draft?
Each full proposal, quote or statement of work the AI generates from a brief counts as one draft. Rewriting a single section counts as one rewrite. Editing by hand, sending and tracking never count, and deleting a proposal does not return a draft to your monthly limit.
